What is the serving size of each cake?
All our cakes are 7 inches / 17.8cm in diameter As a guide, each can serve up to 10 people. We currently only sell cakes in this size.Do you only sell cheesecakes?
Currently, all the cakes on our site are cheesecakes. However, these are truly delicious, and suitable for all occasions!!Are your cheesecakes fresh? Why are they frozen?
The gourmet cheesecakes are baked fresh, and then freeze blasted to seal in the rich flavours and textures that we hope to share with you. An industrial blast freezer is NOT a home freezer. Our blast freezers are designed to preserve the fine cell structure and moisture content of our cakes, preserving their aroma and taste. When our blast frozen cheesecakes are brought back to the correct temperature (~4 degrees Celsius), it will have the same characteristics as it did when it was blast frozen. It is as if time itself was frozen! Whilst we sympathise with those who wish to devour our delicious gourmet cheesecakes immediately, the best things in life come to those who wait....... (for our cakes to thaw).Will my cheesecake look exactly like those on the website?
The final design and general appearance of cheesecakes can vary slightly from the chosen design in terms of colour due to the fact that we blast freeze our cheesecakes. *Please note that the cakes we advertise on the website is for illustration purposes only and it may slightly vary to the actual product.Are your cheesecakes Halal certified? Do you use pork or lard?
The cheesecakes sold via our website are not Halal certified however we do not use pork or lard in any of our cakes. Some of our cakes do contain small amounts of alcohol which are suitable for consumption by children.How long can your cakes be kept for?
Do not store with non-dairy product or liquids. Best consumed within the first week of purchase. Cakes portion best while partially frozen. Allow 15 to 30 minutes thaw time before cutting. Wrap unused portion with plastic wrap to maintain freshness. Keep refrigerated. Note: Cheesecake can last up to 7 to 10 days if chilled and up to 2 months if frozen. -
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing! All of our deliveries are free for all our customers.
That being said, we are thus unable to guarantee a specific delivery timing as we need to optimize our delivery routes to continue providing cost effective deliveries for our customers.

Can I cancel my order?
Please be guided of our cancellation process
Cancellation of Orders:
- Orders that are cancelled no later than 48 hours before delivery will result in a full refund
- Orders canceled between 12 and 48 hours before dispatch time with result in a 10% cancellation fee applied
- Orders cancel within 12 hours before dispatch time, will result in a 50% refund only.
*The dispatch time is defined as the earliest minute in a delivery time slot, for example 9-12pm counts 9am as dispatch time*.What if the cheesecakes that I have ordered turn up damaged?
Cakes are shipped in good condition, packed on original box and kept in insulated bag during delivery. Damages that may incur during transit is fully acknowledged by the customer.
